  • You have to make your diet plan for Paleo recipe that should be high in fat, moderate in animal protein and low to moderate incarbohydrates. Calorie counting is not encouraged, neither is portion control.
  • In your daily breakfast, lunch  and dinner  eat generous  saturated fats like clarified butter, and coconut oil etc. fats should be from healthy and well treated animals like beef tallow,lard and duck. Olive,avocado and macadamia oil are also good fats for salads and to drizzle over food  but not for cooking.
  • Eat good amount of animal protein that should be consisting on red meat, poultry, pork, eggs, organs like liver, kidney and heart etc and fish protein. Eat protein with bones in the form of stocks and broths.
  • Eat fresh vegetables especially with green leaves either cooked or raw without cooking. Starchy Vegetables like sweet potatoes and yams are also great as a source of non-toxic carbohydrates.
  • Eat nuts and fruits in moderate amounts that have low sugar and high in antioxidants like berries as well as nuts high in omega-3, low in omega-6 and low in total polyunsaturated fat like macadamia nuts.
  • Cut out all cereal food grains and leguminous plant from your diet. This includes, but is not limited to, wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, brown rice, soy, peanuts, kidney beans, pinto beans, navy beans and black eyed peas.
  • Don’t take sugar added drinks, soft drinks and packed sweets and Juices including fruit juices. As a thumb rule if it is packed don’t try to eat it for your good health.
  • Don’t eat Dairy products other than butter, clarified butter and heavy cream. If you are so crazy to eat it than consider raw, full fat and fermented dairy.
  • Eat naturally when you are hungry and don’t eat three square meals a day. You have to eat only when you are hungry.
  • Don’t take any mental pressure and stress of your daily routine. Sleep as early as possible and wake up in the morning without alarm. You should have to sleep minimum of 8 hours in a day.
  • Don’t over Exercise, keep your body all time in short exercises. Take some extra time off when you feel tired.
  • Take your paleo diet with Vitamin D and Probiotics. Eat magnesium, iodine and vitamin K2 in optimized according to your body. Don’t need to take extra multivitamin or other supplements.
